We ship our products within 1-3 working days.

You will receive an SMS when we have packed and sent your item and you will also receive an SMS when the item is available for collection at your delivery point. In the text message, you will find an avi number that must be shown to the postman. Don't forget to bring your ID when you pick up your package.

SHIPPING

We send your item with POSTNORD. Costs associated with shipping are stated in connection with the purchase.

Free shipping on orders over SEK 800. If the value is below this amount, a minimum shipping cost of SEK 39 is added.

PAYMENT

We offer various payment options through third parties. In connection with payment, the conditions for the various options are clearly stated.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an item, you do so by sending an email to support@eqona.se where you state your order number and that you wish to cancel the order.

COMPLAINT

If there is a fault with the product, you should within a reasonable time after you discover it, notify us of the fault via email to support@eqona.se We will then inform you of how to proceed (the rules regarding complaints are in the Consumer Purchase Act) .

Each claim is processed and assessed manually, so it can take 14-30 banking days before you see your refund in your account. Unapproved complaints are returned to the sender.

Packages not collected?

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

If a longer right of withdrawal has not been specified for the product you purchased, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the time you as the buyer have received the item, according to the Act on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises (SFS 2005:59). If you want to cancel the purchase and return the product in essentially unchanged condition, you will get back the purchase price for the product, excluding shipping costs.
