Delivery Policy:
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over SEK 800 within Sweden. For orders under SEK 800, a minimum shipping fee of SEK 39 is added. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The return cost is SEK 49, which is charged for each return.
To initiate a return, please email us at [email address] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified time.
